Chef Oschetti partnered with innovative live dinner theatre director, Ms. Kate March of I AM Dining Concepts, to create a dining and wine tasting experience complete with live performance, interpreting the feeling of being “free”.

Chef Oschetti created a 7 course menu, paired with the wines he loves, from the beautiful land and people of the vineyard Tenimenti Luigi d’Alessandro in Cortona, tuscany. The dinner was served in an immersible theatrical performance choreographed by Ms. March.

The event was held at the art gallery Yallay Space, Wong Chuk Hang, which was transformed into a whimsical banquet hall for the “free”.
