A memorable private experience
I will cook and serve a four courses home style Italian dinner, inspired by regional traditions and using top-class ingredients imported directly from Italy.
It is a step away from over-fancy dishes and anonymous ingredients towards the pleasure of good eating.
Before the dinner, you will be asked to choose from a series of options from my seasonal menu.
In an old industrial building in Southern District, you step out of a rickety lift. In front of you is a red metal door with a large heart painted in red above.
Inside, is the magic of a stylish loft space with lots of windows, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, reclining sofas, travel artefacts adorning the walls. There is an open professional kitchen, and a long, long table glaring in candlelights.
This is my warm, cozy home, not a commercial restaurant.
The large space, 2,500 square feet, is just for your party. I accept only one reservation per night from a minimum 10 to 40 guests.
BOOK YOUR DINNER
The cost of the dinner is HK$ 780 per person, excluding drinks. (inclusive of 10% service charge).
I entertain a minimum of 10 people, or equivalent spending. I can accomodate up to 40 guests.
My loft is located in Wong Chuck Hang, outside the Aberdeen Tunnel, next to Ocean Park, on the south side of Hong Kong Island.
